MNK Publication adheres to the Code of Conduct established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), utilizing COPE's flowcharts to address any suspected cases of misconduct. We strictly observe COPE's Code of Conduct for Journal Publishers. Our editors comply with COPE's Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors. Authors should disclose any potential conflicts of interest and can still ensure the accuracy of their work. However, they must include an appropriate statement in the acknowledgements to inform readers.
Publication and Authorship Policy
- Peer-Review Process: All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process by at least two international reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. Reviewers are selected by the Associate Editors and the Editor-in-Chief. Authors may also suggest potential reviewers for certain journals and article types.
- Review Criteria: Manuscripts are evaluated based on their relevance, originality, readability, statistical validity, and language quality.
- Review Outcomes: Possible decisions for submissions include acceptance, minor revisions, major revisions, or rejection.
- Revisions: If authors are invited to revise and resubmit their manuscript, acceptance of the revised submission is not guaranteed.
- Rejections: Rejected manuscripts will not be re-reviewed.
- Legal and Ethical Compliance: Manuscript acceptance is subject to legal requirements, including those related to copyright infringement and plagiarism.
- Originality: Research published in one journal cannot be published in another, nor can it be included in more than one publication within the same journal.
Responsibilities of Authors
- Originality and Authenticity: Authors must certify that their manuscript is an original work and has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere.
- Peer Review Participation: Authors must actively engage in the peer review process, thoughtfully considering and incorporating feedback from reviewers.
- Correction and Retraction: Authors are responsible for promptly correcting or retracting their work if significant errors are identified post-publication.
- Significant Contributions: Every listed author must have significantly contributed to the research. The extent of each author’s contribution should be clearly defined in the “Authors’ Contributions” section.
- Data Integrity: Authors must ensure that all data presented in the manuscript is accurate, authentic, and not fabricated or manipulated.
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest to the editors at the time of submission.
- Source Citation: All sources used in the creation of the manuscript must be properly cited to maintain academic integrity.
- Error Reporting: Authors must report any errors discovered in their published paper to the editorial team without delay.
- Relevant References: Authors should avoid using irrelevant sources that do not contribute meaningfully to the research.
- Submission Commitment: Authors cannot withdraw their manuscript during the review process or after submission without facing a penalty as defined by the publisher.
